Welcome!

My name is Rachel. I go by RPM, which are my initials, although they are also an abbreviation for "Revolutions Per Minute" (as seen on the dash of any motor vehicle). I have always identified with the sentiment of what "RPM" stands for because I believe in revolutionary thinking, and I believe that every passing moment contains the capacity for radical thought and action.

Tattooing came into my life at a pivotal moment and provided me with the confidence, self-expression, and acceptance to be visibility and outwardly me. I fell in love with the craft before I was legally able to get a tattoo, and haven't looked back since. I completed my apprenticeship in New Orleans, Louisiana in 2019. I am now a full time tattooer based in Queens, NYC. My shop, Pete and Cubo's, has two locations. The Ozone Park shop is located at 88-09 101st Ave, 2nd Floor. The Rockaway Beach location is located at 112-20 Beach Channel Drive, Rockaway Park, NY 11694.

I put my values into my work and am proud of the experience and artwork I provide to my clients. I love creating meaningful connections with my clients, and like to think I ensure that they have a positive experience, free from pressure, rush or discomfort. I mainly tattoo black and grey work, specializing in fine line, dotwork, mandalas, feminine subject matter, blackwork, and designs that entail whip-shading. I aim to tattoo solely original artwork and hope to attract a clientele who desires unique and intentional designs.
